Our solution represents a completely new innovative way of upcycling mechanically non-recyclable mixed waste polymers into a highly innovative lightweight building material through the reuse of a portion of municipal solid waste (MSW) using innovative reactive mixing technology as an upcycling method.

New Innovative Way

The input to our recycling line – WPTECHLINE, built on a modular design, is mixed plastic waste with impurities, typically organic fraction, metal (such as aluminium from Tetra Pak), or textile waste, also containing solid particles.

The output of our WPTECHLINE is a construction material/gravel like called CONCRETE FILLER, which is used as a new substance in bricks/concrete blocks.

Innovative properties

Construction materials containing our recyclate are meeting requirements for strength properties and have these additional innovative properties:

Lower weight up to 50% – reducing the cost of transporting construction materials and facilitating handling on the construction site
Excellent functional parameters – excellent thermal (also noise) insulation properties allow for increased energy efficiency of the buildings
