About Us

01

Our company is since 2013 active in the waste management technologies. We started our mission in the circular economy processes with focus on the separation technologies

We started our mission

In 2016 entered the ownership structure of our company Mr. Vlčan and Mr. Járik and we focused on research and development of new innovative technologies for thermo-mechanical recycling of mixed plastic waste.
Based on gathering plethora of experience in low temperature depolymerization research and thanks the collaboration with prof. Jelemenský, the Head of the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Slovak Technical University in Bratislava.

We in 2016 for the first time obtained the certification from the Ministry for education of Slovak Republic for state acknowledged R&D activities. Nowadays we are executing research of breakthrough method for upcycling of non-recyclable waste into a novel building materials.

Waste Engineering – Next Generation Building

Our Technology

02

Our solution represents a completely new innovative way of upcycling mechanically non-recyclable mixed waste polymers into a highly innovative lightweight building material through the reuse of a portion of municipal solid waste (MSW) using innovative reactive mixing technology as an upcycling method.

New Innovative Way

The input to our recycling line – WPTECHLINE, built on a modular design, is mixed plastic waste with impurities, typically organic fraction, metal (such as aluminium from Tetra Pak), or textile waste, also containing solid particles.
The output of our WPTECHLINE is a construction material/gravel like called CONCRETE FILLER, which is used as a new substance in bricks/concrete blocks.

Innovative properties

Construction materials containing our recyclate are meeting requirements for strength properties and have these additional innovative properties:
  • Lower weight up to 50% – reducing the cost of transporting construction materials and facilitating handling on the construction site
  • Excellent functional parameters – excellent thermal (also noise) insulation properties allow for increased energy efficiency of the buildings
  • Carbon footprint minimization
